  • Once dates are confirmed we will create an electronic invoice. To confirm your reservation a 50% deposit is needed within the next 2 weeks. The trip should be paid in full 90 days prior to your arrival date. We accept wire transfers, checks, and credit cards.

  • Prior to your trip, we will be sending you a pre-trip information packet on the hunting program, including a recommended packing list.

  • FE Outrider is a fee free travel service. Whether you book directly through our outfitting partners or with us, the price will be the same.

  • Yes, you can certainly bring your own firearms to hunt at most of our lodges. but importing your personal firearms into some countries requires taking detailed steps prior to your trip, and you may also be subject to considerable expenses.

    Please carefully read the hunt description and brochure prior to making a decision to travel with your guns, or consider renting those available at the lodges.

  • Once you have decided upon your trip, Outrider will get back to you with a selection of available dates. When you choose your dates they will be placed on tentative hold, and you will receive an invoice for your trip. Receipt

    of a 50% deposit will confirm your dates. Balance will be due 90 days before your trip date.

  • We will reach out to you once your trip dates are conformed with an online form which works as our “registration form” requesting all the information needed from you. We want to learn a little bit about your preferences, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or any special request you may have. Flight info should also be included here.

  • Your trip coordinator will assist you with flights that you need to book. You can book them yourself or we offer a concierge service for your disposal. Outrider is a full service sporting travel agency and will do our best to take care of your entire experience, from start to finish.

  • Most of our adventures include airport pickup, but we do have some which will require a rental car in order to get to the lodge, please refer to the brochures specific to your trip for more information. For those including pick up, a lodge representative will meet you upon your arrival to the local airport holding a sign with the Lodge name so that you can identify them easily. If you are delayed or miss your flight, please let us know.
